DIY Elliana Heart

Hi, Jean Okimoto here today, with a quick Valentine design for you.  I thought I had an Elliana Heart Die - and spent quite a bit of time looking for it.  It doesn't exist - but here's a quick and easy way to create an Elliana heart...

Memory Box Products

  • Elliana Background Die 98956
  • Grand Heart Die 98254 (no longer available from Memory Box, but may be available through Retailers)
  • Valentines Duo Stamp B1424 (there's a small heart stamp attached to the side)
  • Bubblegum Notecard (for diecutting and stamping)
  • Graphite Notecard
  • Bubblegum Envelope

Imagine Crafts Inkpad

  • Memento Luxe Gray Flannel Pigment Inkpad

Attach the Elliana Background to a heart cut from adhesive label paper (or a sticker sheet).  Brush glitter onto the remaining exposed adhesive.  Diecut it again to create a glittered Elliana Heart!

Please visit our Ideas Gallery for detailed directions and supply lists for today's card - and many more ideas featuring our dies, stencils and stamps.

Our 2015 Collection is almost here...we can't wait to start sharing our designs with you!  Here is what's coming - be sure your favorite Retailer has ordered them.  I know Impress has placed their order - it should be arriving soon!

Cute card, Jean. I can't wait for the new die release!!

Beautiful card. What a a great idea...I did the same thing, thought I was going crazy when I couldn't the die...never bought it, I discovered later, guess I should start a list.

Thanks Debbie - the new dies and stencils are great!

Thanks Blue Rose…I was so sure I had that die because the Elliana Background is such a beautiful design. I'd start a list, but then I'd lose the list too!

Nice CAS card, love using the dies that way!

Beautiful card! For your list, Pinterest is a great way!

I've already placed order for some of the new dies, can't wait. Now checking the blog for more great ideas and inspiration!
