Hi Everyone!
This week, we are doing something a little special and having a three day blog hop with the Poppystamps design team. The hop is all about Holiday Gift Tags and Treats. We hope you will find all kinds of holiday inspiration using Memory Box and Poppystamps products. As an added bonus, you will have the chance to win prizes from Birch Press Design!
Dave Brethauer, the owner and creator of Memory Box and Poppystamps, has a new venture called Birch Press Design that features letterpress, laser cut, and printed card designs, as well as beautiful products for your home.
The Day 2 blog hop prize is a Tea Towel of your choice.
Want to see the other tea towel designs? You can view them all
here.
Today I have a simple Merry Christmas treat bag for you.
To create this treat bag I die cut the Poppystamps Merry Christmas Background from Licorice cardstock. I sponged White ink onto the die cut to create a chalkboard effect. This is adhered to White cardstock which was inked with Antique Linen Distress Ink. Glue this layer to Cranberry Distress Dot cardstock. I cut the Memory Box Forest Pine Branch twice from Dill cardstock. Tie a red ribbon around the layered panel. I tucked the die cut Pine Branches under the bow and added some white glitter to the ends of the branches. Glue a snowflake to the bow and adhere this panel to a clear cellophane bag. Cut a piece of White cardstock to tuck into the bag to give it some stability. All you have to do now is fill the bag with your favorite treats!
Memory Box products used:
- Forest Pine Branch Die # 98909
- Licorice, White, Dill and Cranberry Distressed Dot Cardstock
Poppystamps product used:
- Merry Christmas Background Die # 1065
Be sure to leave a comment on this post and all the other designer posts, and you’ll be entered to win a Birch Press Design Tea Towel, winner's choice! There will be one winner chosen by Memory Box and one chosen by Poppystamps!
For a second chance to win – like Birch Press Design on Facebook, and share the post about the hop. One person who does both will win a prize from
Birch Press Design.

Donna
Loving your bloghop, and all the possibilities with your lovely dies. I especially love the way you used the Merry Christmas background die, it looks like it was printed on the treat bag.
Hugs,
Antonella :-)
