Holiday Stars and Flourishes
Pretty colors, shimmery inks and little gold stars...quite the opposite of the winter storm and power glitches we're having right now! Jean Okimoto here with a "something old, something new" design for you.
- Winterland Tree Background Die 98733
- Elliana Background Die 98956
- Snowflake Heart Die 99031
- Zippy Dots Designer Stencil 88568
- Merry Christmas Combo Stamp B2008 (there's a little dove stamp on the side)
- Robins Egg Notecard (for stamping)
- Pool Notecard and Envelope
- Fireworks Spritzes - Bahama Blue, Pear Tart, Grape Jelly
- Sheer Shimmer Spritz - Gold
- Delicata Inkpad - Golden Glitz
- Radiant Neon Inkpads - Electric Blue, Electric Purple
- Craft Mat
Spray watercolor paper with water - then spritz it with Bahama Blue, Pear Tart, Grape Jelly and Gold.
Dry the inks, then stencil the background with Zippy Dots and Golden Glitz. Stamp Merry Christmas Combo with Electric Purple and emboss it with clear powder.
Diecut Winterland Tree Background from gold mirror cardstock and dry-emboss it with the Elliana Background. Distress the raised areas with a sanding block. Diecut Snowflake Heart from gold mirror cardstock and save the little pieces.

Big Thanks to everyone who took the first Winter Bliss class at Impress. If you weren't able to get into that class - we have another class on Saturday December 13th. We'll make 6 un-holiday cards - fresh colors, glitter, sequins and watercolor background techniques. See you there!
Thanks for visiting - join us again tomorrow for one of Marnie's special designs.
