Dreaming of a Neon Christmas

- Radiant Neons - Electric Pink, Electric Coral, Electric Orange
- Memento Luxe Tuxedo Black Pigment Inkpad
Stamp Merry Background on white cardstock with Tuxedo Black and emboss it with detail clear powder. Mask the adjacent areas and daub the Radiant Neons onto the "merrys." Buff any residual ink off with a tissue. Dry the inks.
Diecut Frosted Spruce Tree from pink glittered craft foam - use the craft foam that's about 1/16" thick.
Scrunch up some waxed paper and rub it briskly over the Snowflake Heart Die - this helps release the delicate little snowflakes and stars. Diecut it from gold mirror cardstock.
Attach everything to a White Notecard. Coordinate your card with a matching Peony Envelope and send it to someone who loves neons!
