Woodland Tree Scene

Good morning everyone!  I hope your weekend has been going well.

We had another great day of Memory Box classes yesterday at Simple Pleasures Stamp and Scrapbooking store in gorgeous Colorado Springs.  A big thank you to all of the fabulous students and for their continued support of the Memory Box awesomeness.

One of the five cards made in yesterday's class was using the wonderful new die called Woodland Tree Silhouette.

I created a winter scene using the Woodland Tree Silhouette, the Classic Deer die cut and stamped the Darling Doe (E1986) in Memento Desert sand. I left off a sentiment so the card would be appropriate for a variety of occasions.

The blue bird is the Small Flock of Doves.  The snow was created using Art Glitter glue and clear glitter.

Thanks for visiting today, and I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend.

This is truly stunning in it's simplicity!! LOVE that you have all of these wonderful nature themed stamps and dies!!! They really speak to my heart and fit my needs perfectly! TFS!

This is a stunning and peaceful card! I LOVE the way you did the deer and the snow. The Woodland Tree Silhouette is such an innovative and useful die because it can be used for any season by just adding buds, leaves, flowers or leaving it bare, as you did, for winter. TFS

Beautiful card...very tranquil. Love the effect.

Beautiful card. I love the atmospheric perspective you achieved by stamping the does in the background. Awesome job.

Deer and trees. What could make a more perfect winter card?! I love both and being from the Northeast U.S., we were brought up with deer roaming the woods. Just wonderful card and what fabulous memories it invoked.

I really liked the outdoor scene. This is so adaptable for masculine cards year round. Thanks

Wow, what a beautiful card! I love the deer in the tree with the snow.

What a beautiful card. Such a simple, peaceful scene. Love the way the stamping added depth. Thanks for sharing.

Stunning card, beautiful xxx

Amazing scene, I can almost hear the calm and feel the chill in the air. You have done an amazing job.
