Wildflower Corner

Hello Crafty Friends,

As we begin the Memorial Day weekend I hope you find time to relax and create--so here's an idea for you using the beautiful Wildflower Corner.

As you can see it is a real beauty and lends itself perfectly to paper-piecing.  Instead of placing the die in a corner of the card I decided to center it to mimic an envelope flap.

I cut the wildflower corner from different color papers--sage, sky and the mango distress dot paper which was inked on the edges.  A dot of glue and a good pair of tweezers helps put those little petals in  place easily.

To finish this card I simply added butterflies (Butterfly Delights die) and a "Just A Note" sentiment along with gemstones as accents.

So, enjoy your long weekend and stay safe!

Happy Friday,

P.S. Don't forget to create your art....the earth without art is just "eh".

Very very pretty, love this.

C'est magnifique bravo A+

Very nice....great use of the die...this is one of my very favorite dies! Your card is a beauty!

Love the wildflower corner. Great card!

Beautiful, great way to use the corner die, love the papers and the sweet butterflies, like how you put one on the sentiment!
Neat quote at the end of your post, haven't heard that one before.

Love the Wildflower Corner in the middle of the card! And your quote in the PS. :)

What a gorgeous card. Great use of a corner die, and now you have extras for next time. It is just gorgeous.

très belle carte! j'aime beaucoup! bises

Gorgeous card! Love the creative way you have used the die cut. Butterfly delights is one of my top favourite dies, I use it a lot. The paper piecing, 3d flowers and the sparkles really make this card special. Thank you for sharing today.
