Two of my favorite dies...

Hi everyone! Pam here... I love using the Glorious Gerber Daisies die! For today's card, I pieced in the Distress Dots Memory Box Signature pattern papers for the flower petals. I like to leave the pieces in the die and use the Quikstik to place them them in the holes, easier to keep track of the pieces and faster too! I made this a couple months ago when I was working up class cards, I didn't use it for class after-all because I didn't think all the little pieces would 'kit' very well! : )
Just can't get enough of the Kensington Border die! Love it!
I inked up just the 'happy birthday' words from the Happy Birthday Special Combo stamp and stamped them on the poppystamps classic ribbon border die and layered it up.
An A-2 size card that would work for many occasions!
Thanks for stopping by today! I always love reading your comments and appreciate them so much! Thank you!
Pam, pretty card. What is the process you use for gluing the pieces into the flower? Do you die cut the flower into the card first? I just love the look of your flowers with that polka dot paper.

Hi Shirley, I glue the white cut down first with Tombow Mono Multi glue, then I put little dots of Tombow Mono Multi glue in each of the holes, pick up a petal piece with the quikstik and place it in the right flower over the dot of glue. I don't use tons of glue… just little dots here and there. Mono Multi will stay stuck.
: ) I LOVE my mono multi glue, I've been using it since they came out with it years ago, keep the tip clean and keep it laying down and it will be your new best friend!

What a gorgeous card. Love the Daisies and Border dies, they make the simplest card look awesome. I too have a glue question...What type of glue do you use to adhere your die cut on top of glitter paper?

Thank you Antonella! You made me laugh with the (yet)!

Thank you Blue Rose! I use Tombow Mono Multi liquid glue (green lids) for even hard to attach products like glitter paper.

Pam, Thanks for the answer to my question. You are awesome besides a wonderful creative card maker. I thought you made a hole in the paper first with the die and put the white part in. Thanks for your quick response. I look forward to more of your cards. Enjoy the rest of your week.
