Stencil Wave with ColorBox Charcoal Chalk Ink, diecut it with Cupid Heart and attach it to a textured white card. Cut the cars from Holly Berry, ink the tires with a marker. Cut the windows from Dove Gray. Cut 'love' and the stars from gold mirror cardstock. Cut the heart from red mirror cardstock, snip the bottom and attach it with a foam dot.
Tuck the card into a Holly Berry Envelope, seal it with a kiss and send it to someone special!
