Merry Little Christmas Trees
Hi - Jean Okimoto here - with another easy card for you. Yes, Christmas will be here in seven weeks!
Here's a design featuring the versatile Pine Border Background 98738 and A Batch of Gingerbread 98652. Although it's not used for this card, the Pine Border Outline 98674 is also shown in the picture below - it's perfect for glittery overlays and shimmery accents over the background die.
Attach Scor-Tape behind red cardstock and diecut the Pine Border Background. Snip off the tree trunk sections. Cut Pine Border Background again from Granny Smith Cardstock. Punch some holes, then attach it - slightly offset - to the tape-covered diecut.
Brush Clearsnap's Ruby Slippers Glitter onto the adhesive thru the holes and along the right edge of the trees. Attach it to a rectangle of Key Lime Cardstock.
Cut A Batch of Gingerbread from Gold Mirror Cardstock and attach them to a strip of red cardstock.
Attach everything to a Granny Smith Notecard. Stamp Merry Christmas Flourish B1953 inside the card with ColorBox Fireberry Archival Dye Ink. Coordinate the card with a matching Granny Smith Envelope.

On one of the Christmas cards you made With the Elyse Tree and the stamp saying joy with 3 presents. On the gingerbread men you said to die cut and emboss. How did you emboss the gingerbread men? Sounds like it would be difficult because they would be so hard to hold on to. I really enjoy your cards you make them sound so easy and they are beautiful.
