Pinecone Wishes
This card features the Memory Box die 98685 Pinecone Corner from the Merry & Bright release. I've combined it with two of my favorite stamps from that same collection--The Wish Collage G1941/CS1941G and the Deer Family D1962/CS1962D.
- Stamp the Wish Collage on white cardstock. I used Archival Olive ink.
- Stamp the Deer Family on top of the Wish Collage image. I used Hero Arts Cup O' Joe ink.
- Cut out and mount on brown cardstock. Secure to the front of the Dill notecard.
- Die cut the Pinecone Corner twice, once from the same brown cardstock and once in a green.
- Trim off the brown pine cones and add them on top of the green ones.
- I used a few strategically placed glue dots to anchor the Pinecone Corner to the card front.
If you are one of us who makes multiples of a card for the holidays, this one goes together fairly quickly in assembly line style. You could also vary the ink colors for the Wish Collage, the shades of green and brown cardstocks, and the notecard colors for different looks. Or try this card in a landscape orientation. So many possibilities!
Happy Crafting!
