Bright Blooming Allium Border

P1100082Hi - Jean Okimoto here - with an easy-Friday Memory Box card featuring the new Allium Border D1924. Stamp it on Meadow Cardstock with ColorBox Black Pigment Ink and emboss it with detail black powder. Using a waterbrush and a glossy surface (like an acrylic stamp block) as a palette,  paint the flowers with Clearsnap's summer-bright Smooch Accent Inks in shades of Carrot, Sundance, Orchid Frost and Berry Punch.

The Smooches are slightly diluted to allow the little details of the blossoms to resist the vibrant colors and add dimension. Mat the stamped image with Peony Cardstock and attach it to a Dove Gray Notecard.  Diecut Hello Script 98580 from Key Lime Cardstock for a quick greeting. Attach silver mini-brads.  Tuck it into a coordinating Peony Envelope - and send it to someone special!

BIG Thanks to everyone who took Memory Box Classes at the Tukwila Impress last Sunday!  Lots of laughs, inky madness and great products.

Thanks for stopping by...have a great weekend!
