Welcome to a week of blogging with the newest stamps from Memory Box! Be sure to check the blog twice a day this week for posts! Be sure to leave us comments for each post--we on the Design Team look forward to hearing from you and getting your responses to the new images and our ideas. You might even win one of the new stamps!
It's finally starting to feel like spring here in the northeast. I decided to feature these two NEW stamps on a set of six notecards:
- April Showers BRING MAY FLOWERS combo B1912 (tiny flower on the side)
- Wildflower Field available as a wood-mounted stamp E1919 or in Cling CS1919E
Other Materials:
- Specialty Stamping Artist Trading Cards, Ranger
- Neenah White card stock
- Memory Box papers: clouds; bubblegum distressed dots; squash distressed dots; currant gingham
- Hero Arts Shadow Inks, mid-tone: Raspberry Jam, Butter Bar, Tide Pool, Cup O' Joe, Bubblegum, and Green Hills
- Memory Box notecards: White; Sweet Corn
- Memory Box yellow pearls
- tiny bows (purchased at ACMoore)
These cards went together quite quickly. I love the Specialty Stamping Paper for finely detailed stamps. And the new-to-me Hero Arts inks are beautiful. I can't decide whether to send these cards out to friends this month or give them as a gift set to another friend with an April birthday. Maybe I'll just need to make another six so I can do both!
We'll be making these cards and more featuring the new stamps and Memory Box patterned papers on Saturday, April 20th at Your Maine Stamper, 1-3 PM. Call the store (207-377-4829) to reserve your spot!
I think you are going to LOVE LOVE LOVE the new stamps. I know that people have been clamoring for Dave to design some for those of us craving something new for our stamp stash. Be sure to check back often this week!
Happy Stamping!

These are great and to think that wasn't one of the stamps I pre-ordered from Your Maine Stamper. Will need to buy it when the shipment arrives. A great set of notecards, Anne.
