Springtime cards...

I taught a class at Ink About It last weekend and we made some fun Spring cards using many of the dies from the new release.   After the blizzard we had here the previous week,  I think we were all ready for some birds and flowers...   My favorite card featured the new Vintage Bicycle die (#98484) and the Resting Birds die(#98527).  

The sentiment is "Makes Me Smile" (#B1765) stamped on a cloud cut from pool Moroccan paper.  The cloud die is #98344.  The base card is  Robin's egg.  I used a circle punched from old book paper under the larger wheel.  The metallic accents are platinum Liquid Pearls from Ranger.  The patterned paper is from Little Yellow Bicycle.  I also used some Ranger tissue tape at the bottom of the card.

Here is a picture of all of the cards we made.  I'll do a more detailed post of the other cards in another post in the near future.

That's lovely. I'm just building up my die collection, so I can't card-lift yet, but the general concept is one I can use. Thanx for posting your card and I'm looking forward to a better look at the other ones there.
