Distressed Intricate Heart

Well, it's getting closer to Valentine's Day.....do you have your cards all done? No? Well, grab your Memory Box dies and stamps and start creating. It's so much fun to work with these amazing and quality products.

Here's one of the cards I designed for a recent class. I really like the colors for this layout. The Pool Note Card is absolutely one of my favorites and you'll probably notice its my go-to color. {smile}

The Intricate Heart is stamped onto Parchment Paper and then I heat embossed it with opaque white embossing powder. I blended on three different colors of pinkish and red inks. Once I was happy with the color, I buffed the image with a tissue to really make the embossed image stand out. Then I die cut with the Grand Heart die.
