Red Heart Card
Hi everyone! Welcome to the 2013 Memory Box Blog Blitz. I hope you are enjoying all the new Memory Box Products. I have a card today featuring some of these wonderful new dies.
Memory Box products used:- Falana Circle Die #98494
- Precious Heart Box Die #98523
- Bubblegum Distressed Dots Cardstock
- Kraft, Crimson and Eggshell Cardstock
Instructions:
- Using Eggshell cardstock, die cut Falana Circle. Save the center piece because we will be using that also. The center piece was embossed using the Cuttlebug Swiss Dot embossing folder .
- Die cut the Precious Heart Box using Crimson cardstock. Cut the heart frame away from the box.
- Cut a 1 1/2" strip of Bubblegum distressed dot paper. Cut a V at the bottom to create a banner.
- Sand the edges of the heart pieces. Ink all paper layers with Antique Linen Distress Ink.
- Corner round the right side of the kraft card.
- Glue circle and center piece to card front. Adhere the pink strip. Glue heart outline onto card. Pop the center piece. I printed the sentiment on the computer. Adhere a bow.
- I spattered the entire card with thinned down white acrylic paint.
Enjoy!
Don't forget to leave a comment on the blog posts this week for a chance to win a new 2013 Memory Box Die. Good Luck!
