Love is in the air...
Hi everyone,
Wow, it has really been busy here this week! So much inspiration... It has been great to see what everyone has done with all of this beautiful new product.
My card for the blitz is one of three cards that I will be teaching at Ink About It on January 19th. I used the Bella Bouquet die (#98472) to create a bouquet of flowers by cutting it multiple times from white card stock and bundling it with a circle and baker's twine. I added some pink to the edges of the flowers with a Copic marker and then some stickles. I used the new "filled with love" stamp (#B1906) to make a banner that pops over the bouquet.
This next picture will give you a better idea how this is all assembled. The background of the Garnet card is stamped repeatedly in red ink with the new Herringbone Flourish stamp (#D1905). The heart behind the bouquet is the beautiful new Intricate Heart stamp (#F1902) embossed on Kraft card stock and cut with the Grand Heart die (#98254).
If you are local, I'm teaching this card and two others in the picture below at Ink About It on Saturday, January 19th from 2-4 pm. We will be using lots of the new dies and stamps.
Don't forget to leave a comment for a chance to win one of these fabulous new dies.
Thanks for stopping by,
Mary Russo
