Warm Wishes for Fall

It's time to turn to autumn and Thanksgiving cards - here's another way to use your Nightfall 6x6 prints - with this fall's new Classic Pear and Embellished Pear Dies.
First cut the background print with the Classic Pear, leaf and stem. Ink the edges of the pear with ColorBox Candied Yam Limited Edition Chalk Ink. Next, cut the beautiful intricate Embellished Pear overlay from another Nightfall print using the Memory Box Metal Adapter Plate with the other plates required for thin metal dies.
Stamp Happy Fall, with the attached trio of little leaves, on Squash Distressed Dots with Candied Yam and ink the edges. Attach everything to a Jack o' Lantern Notecard - use foam dots for the top of the leaf and the greeting. Coordinate your card with a matching Jack o' Lantern Envelope.

The leaf and stem are part of the Classic Pear set - but can easily be separated to use with different papers. To keep them together in storage - just tape the smaller pieces to the die, and they'll be there when you need them. Be sure to tape them to the cutting side of the die - so you don't accidentally run the pear thru the machine with them taped to the back!
