Pink Polar Bear Pretties
Did y'all have a happy Thanksgiving?
Now that the Christmas season is officially upon us, I wanted to share a card and tag combo that are quick and easy to make. If you prefer more traditional color combinations, switching out is a cinch! I made the card a few weeks before I made the tag, and I'm planning on adding a few snowflakes for the extra umph!

- Stamp Snowy Pine Landscape (F1900) and Simply Wonderful (B1870) on Water cardstock panel; mat with Licorice cardstock and adhere to Currant card.
- Stamp Fredward Bear (D1833) on white cardstock and cut with matching die (D98235).
- Use brush end of a black marker to ink outer edges and color outline space around Fredward.
- Stamp Fredward Bear (D1833) on pink plaid patterned paper from Pixie collection, and cut out scarf.
- Use brush end of a black marker to ink outer edges of scarf.
- Adhere scarf to Fredward with pop-dots.
- Adhere Frewdard to card with pop-dots.

Inking the edge of your die-cut images with a black marker brush makes for a cleaner and more finished look. Make sure the BACK of the image is facing the marker brush. This way, if your hand slips and the marker strays off the edge and onto the die cut, it will not mar the side that is stamped.

If you can't find metal studs that match your cardstock, color silver studs with Copics or Sharpies. Coat them with Glossy Accents if you want some extra shine!

Just want to hug that little bear. Another tip for coloring brads is to heat it then dip it into embossing powder white it is hot it just melts.
