Holiday Tags

Here are two tags we created for a multi-store event happening here in San Diego this weekend. This first one uses the stamps Snow Day (B1378) and Snowy Pine Landscape (F1900) plus the dies DISTRESSED TAG (98244) and Beaded Snowflake (98396). We cut the base tag out of a dark blue cardstock then stamped the Snowy Pine Landscape in ColorBox Frost White ink at the bottom of the tag, filling in the unstamped area below the trees with our white ink. Then we embossed it with our Turquoise Irridescent Super Sparkle Embossing powder. Next we took the Snow Day stamp and stamped in the Frost white the words then used the 3 snowflakes on the side of the stamp randomly on the rest of the tag front and on the back. Before attaching the snowflake to the card we also embossed it with the Turquoise Irridescent Super Sparkle Embossing powder to give it some extra shimmer and bling...hard to see in the photo but it looks great in person! We added a fun frilly white ribbon and voila! A great holiday tag!

For the 2nd tag we used the Memory Box To and From (B1826) stamp and the Penne Frame (98387) Die on a cut out rectangle of decorative Christmas paper with a fancy corner punch used to dress it up! Add a few Bling gems and some red and white twine and you have a wonderful tag to put on any present you are giving this year!

I hope you enjoy making the tags as much as I did, we will be making them all weekend here at The Stamp Addict in San Diego!
