Autumn Home Decor

During the blitz a few weeks ago, I showed you a Holiday Wall Hanging project I made with many of the new Christmas dies.  Remember this:

I decided to decorate the other side, so it could double as a fall home decor piece as well. What do you think?

There are so many dies in the new collection that worked beautifully for this project. I also used a few dies from previous releases and two from Poppy Stamps.  Most of the dies were cut from a variety of Memory Box pattern papers, regular dot and distressed dots. Dies used are listed below:

Classic Upper Alphabet 98361

Whimsical Flourish 98373

Dangling Spider 98386

Magic Flourish 98420

Perky Pumpkin Face 98421

Great Pumpkin 98423

Tender Leaves 98313

Oak Leaf 98243

Lorelai Leaf 839 (Poppy Stamps)

LorelaiLeaf Outline 840 (Poppy Stamps)

I think this home decor piece will make a great gift for teachers, neighbors, friends and family. My creative wheels are turning with ideas for more panels to celebrate other seasons/holidays, too. Keep an eye out for my Winter/Valentine hanging - coming soon!

I am offering a workshop to make this wall hanging at Ink About It on Sat, Sept 8th from 10am-1pm. Call the store if you are in our area and would like to make your own - 987.392.0321

What a great idea, Lori! You really have an eye for these designs. Love it!
