Flower Fun

Hello from Sunny San Diego,

It has been hot here in San Diego recently, which gave Laura Fisher, one of the teachers here at The Stamp Addict the perfect excuce to get into her craft room for a while.  She came up with this simple but stunning card that is quick and easy.

 

She stamped "Whisper Print Geranium" (G1864) on a white piece of cardstock just smaller than her card.  She stamped it once in VersaMark, then used a mica powder (Goldfinch and Kimono Red). She stamped one flower and a time, then stippled over it with the mica powder, wiped off the paper and did the next one (This helped to keep each flower its own color). She repeaded this until she had a simple and beautiful card.
