Big Yellow Flower

Sometimes a big yellow flower helps brighten a cold winter day...let's hope it works this time because there are so many ways to mix, match and layer Memory Box Dies.  I love to diecut felt that's  a blend of wool and synthetic materials, like this color called...Yellow.  

The Scalloped Circle 98109, Small Scalloped Circle 98204, Fringe Circle 98268 and Small Pinwheel Posie 98271 were perfect for layering.  The Small Pinwheel Posie - usually twirled into a dimensional flower - is just curled to flex the cardstock a bit, then adhered to the center of the flower.  Estate Fence 98285 was diecut from watercolor paper with the addition of the Metal Adapter Plate.

Distressed Garden Record G1848 creates a soft background with ColorBox Limited Edition Guacamole and Parsley Cardstock.   A simple Thank You B1751 of clear-embossed ColorBox Black on Key Lime Gingham  finishes it off.  The 5.5" square card is cut and folded from Slate, one of our new colors.  View the What's in the Box release here.
