A Candle for you?

Hello Everyone!

Laura Fisher, one of the teacher's here at The Stamp Addict in San Diego has been stamping on candles recently. They make wonderful gifts which is especially appropriate this time of year! Today I want to share some with you and tell you how you can make some of your own! Laura will also be teaching this technique in our store on Tues. Dec. 13th!

The first one is using Wonderland Butterfly (E1713) the second is using Branch Heart (E1310).

The first thing she did was stamp the image on tissue paper and cut around it as close as she could (for the heart leave the inside of it there).  Next you place the image on your candle where you want it, and wrap wax paper around the whole candle, make sure your image doesn't move.  Hold the wax paper on the opposite side as your image and use your heat gun to melt the tissue paper and image into the candle.  For the heart she used stickles over it after it cooled.

Hope you enjoy! And don't forget if you want to come try it yourself guve us a call at (619)667-5060 to reserve your spot in her class in San Diego!
