Did everyone have a great Thanksgiving? Eat a ton of turkey and goodies? Burn it all off dashing through the mall the next day? If you're looking for a little R&R and a no-pressure crative opportunity, look no further - I got one for you.
Today's card is easy to make, simple, and clean-lined. It features the new Snowflake Ornament die (98231) working with the Classic Ornament die (98211).
S U P P L I E S:
Memory Box papers: 6x6 Yuletide patterned paper, card stock (Eggshell), Soire Shimmer (Silver); stamps: Merry Christmas (B897); ink: VersaFine (Onyx); bling: silver balls (Michael's) gems (Memory Box); other: silk ribbon, pop-dots
I N S T R U C T I O N S:
- Make card base (4.25" x 5.5") from eggshell card stock.
- Cut patterned paper panel (4" x 5.25") and wrap with silk ribbon.
- Tie ribbon into bow, then adhere panel to card.
- Adhere line of silver balls to form ornament chain.
- Cut ornament from Eggshell card stock using Classic Ornament die (98211).
- Cut ornament overlay from Soiree Shimmer paper using Snowflake Ornament die (98231).
- Adhere overlay to ornament.
- Adhere gems to ornament overlay.
- Stamp sentiment.
- Adhere ornament to card with pop-dots.
