An Ornament Card for Christmas

Greetings, Stampers!

Did everyone have a great Thanksgiving? Eat a ton of turkey and goodies? Burn it all off dashing through the mall the next day? If you're looking for a little R&R and a no-pressure crative opportunity, look no further - I got one for you.

Today's card is easy to make, simple, and clean-lined. It features the new Snowflake Ornament die (98231) working with the Classic Ornament die (98211).

S U P P L I E S:

Memory Box papers: 6x6 Yuletide patterned paper, card stock (Eggshell), Soire Shimmer (Silver); stamps: Merry Christmas (B897); ink: VersaFine (Onyx); bling: silver balls (Michael's) gems (Memory Box); other: silk ribbon, pop-dots

I N S T R U C T I O N S:

  1. Make card base (4.25" x 5.5") from eggshell card stock.
  2. Cut patterned paper panel (4" x 5.25") and wrap with silk ribbon.
  3. Tie ribbon into bow, then adhere panel to card.
  4. Adhere line of silver balls to form ornament chain.
  5. Cut ornament from Eggshell card stock using Classic Ornament die (98211).
  6. Cut ornament overlay from Soiree Shimmer paper using Snowflake Ornament die (98231).
  7. Adhere overlay to ornament.
  8. Adhere gems to ornament overlay.
  9. Stamp sentiment.
  10. Adhere ornament to card with pop-dots.

These two dies, when used together, can create countless different combinations, so go have fun with them! Let's see your take on our Flickr Group Page

TFL and have a blessed day!!!
