The beautiful starburst print from the Nightfall 6x6 Set is perfect for a butterfly - and the Selena (98159) and Maribelle (98156) Butterfly Dies make it so easy. I saved some of the little pieces and glued them back into the Maribelle diecut as accents.
The background is a combination of the Vintage Record Sheet (G1712) and Journey Collage (G1733) - cut with the Index Card Die (98124). The delicate little starbursts are cut with the Crystalline Border Die (98179), then layered for dimension.
Thanks to everyone who took the Up in the Air class at the Bellevue Impress last weekend - we love the Selena and Maribelle Dies! Another class is scheduled for the Tukwila Impress (phone 206 901.9101) on Sunday, August 28th. It's all about birds, butterflies and dragonflies. Here are some of the cards we'll be making that day:
If you're enjoying the new dies as much as I am - here's another class you might like. It's Dies, Designs and Details, at the University Village Impress (phone 206 526.5818) on Sunday, August 21st:
