This card uses the stamp that matches the paper--the Candy Cane Bird {D1377} stamp. The layout of this card is also very similar to the layout I used on my other card. To create this card:
1. Cut a 4" x 4 5/8" piece of dill cardstock.
2. Attach a smaller piece of Bundled Birds patterned paper to the top of that piece, and sew around the edges.
3. Stamp the Candy Cane Bird onto a piece of kraft cardstock and color. I used a mix of watercolor pencils and Copics. I also used Stickles for the eye and FlowerSoft for the hat.
4. Stamp your sentiment onto this same piece.
5. Adhere to the piece sewn in Step 2, and sew around the edges.
6. Add a ribbon to the top, then adhere entire piece to a kraft notecard.
7. Add a button to finish.
I love birds, and I really love these papers and this stamp. I hope you enjoyed it, and I will see you with another holiday creation soon!
