Today I wanted to share a card using another one of the new Memory Box Christmas stamps--the Peace Love and Joy stamp {G1874}. I have not been able to play with this stamp yet so yesterday I got it out and had some fun. One thing I love about this stamp is that it's so easy to ink up in different colors. The font is bold and wonderful. This stamp would also make a great 'tag' for a scrapbook page! Here is the card I created using two different ink colors:
Papers: Memory Box Yuletide, Memory Box crimson nc, misc. kraft paper
Stamps: Memory Box Peace Love and Joy G1874
Stamp Ink: SU red riding hood and garden green
Embellishments: Memory Box Primo Labels die (98139), leaves and flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, sewing machine
I also used the Memory Box Primo Labels die {98139} with Memory Box Yuletide paper to add a little 'ticket' to the top of the stamped image. I chose not to use a lot of embellishments because I wanted the focus to be on the stamped image. This would be a quick card to make in sets if you still need to make your Christmas cards!
Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed today's creation. See you again shortly!
Beautiful! Your little ticket is a nice addition. This is more than a card, it's a gift.
