I just love this Memory Box Nesting Birds stamp {D1315}. This was the first time I have been able to play with it, and I just love it. I used a scrap piece of watercolor paper that was sitting on my desk to stamp my image. I then worked around the size of the scrap to create my card. Because the scrap was smaller, I added the fancy tags to each end. After stamping the image, I sponged the edges of the watercolor paper in Adirondack juniper ink. It matched the Memory Box Gossamer paper I put on the bottom of the card quite well. I also gave the birds a hint of color. It's hard to see in the picture. I then stamped my sentiment onto the same scrap piece and then put the card together. To complete, I added some Memory Box pearls and jewels. The azalea pink jewels are also hard to see but certainly in person, they sparkle quite well. So don't hesitate to use those scraps on your desk for inspiration. It certainly was my inspiration for today! Thanks for dropping in! See you next time!
