Playing With Chalk

I sometimes forget about using chalks for coloring images, but I really like the effect.  For this card, I stamped the Woodland Christmas Tree (G1898) onto a Parchment notecard using Olympia Green Versafine ink.  I then colored the tree with some green chalk and added a brown shadow under the tree with some brown chalk.  To add a bit more detail to the tree, I colored the berries and leaves in the tree with Prismacolor pencils.  It ended up being a quick and easy card that could be easily reproduced.
