Birdie Thanks

 

I think the cacophony of chirping outside my window this morning might have inspired me to make a card that features a whole heck of a lot of birds.  I have a feeling that they might know about the snowstorm that is supposed to hit this weekend.

For today's card, I made my own background by repeatedly stamping the Birds in the Vines (E1331) stamp onto Frond paper using black Versafine ink.  I then stamped the Blossom Bird (D1052) onto more of the Frond paper and added many layers of licorice cardstock.  To finish the card, I added the Thanks Script (A833), attached some sky blue jewels the the central bird branch and placed everything onto a Pool notecard.
