Do you ever start a card with a certain look in mind and then end up with something different? I wanted to make a card with blue frosty tones, but it ended up looking rather pink to me. I like it, but it isn't what I thought it would be! It turns out that if you stamp an image with Colorbox Chalk Dark Brown ink and then add Stickles to it, the ink will bleed a bit and appear pink. Who knew?!
To make the card, I stamped the Snowpuff Branch (D127) multiple times onto the palest blue paper from the Dewfrost pack with the aforementioned brown ink. I then added some Icicle Stickles on top. If you were making this card and wanted a bluer look to it, I would stamp the branch with brown VersaFine ink and then add your Stickles to avoid the bleed. To finish the card, I added more Dewfrost paper and the Merry Christmas Script (B925) to a mocha notecard.
