We watched as a group of baby birds tried their first flight outside the office the other day - and we laughed at their unkempt feathers and awkward jumps and flying attempts. I thought it would be so funny to put our "I don't do mornings" (stamp code is B1088) on the walkway - and look how he posed next to it! I managed to get the picture before the mom (or dad) bird ran me off, and we watched as the little guy practiced a bit more before somehow getting back up into the nest! It gave everyone a good laugh. As of today, it looks like there is just one bird left trying to leave the nest - and the parents are watching over it protectively.
We received this wonderful email today that I wanted to share. It's been a long week getting ready to send out our Holiday "What's in the Box" programs to 54 stores next week, so this message was just the boost we needed to keep on working!

Hello…. I typically do not write the companies that I purchase from, but had to write to you. I work with a few scrappers/ card makers and we all love Memory Box Stamps / Paper and Poppy Stamps. Your stamps are beautiful, whimsical and practical for so many different types of ideas. It is fun when we get together to see what each person has done with your stamps/paper. We meet once a month for what we call “Stress relief” from the day to day activities working at a Mental Health facility. This keeps us all in well balance! Thanks again Robert for the kind words - and thanks to all of you who support Memory Box and create stress relief in your own lives and other people's lives as well!

Notes such as this thank you from Robert make our hearts sing. Thank you, Dave and all your team for what you do.

Okay, Dave, that is the sweetest picture EVER! Looks similar to the baby blue jay we had in our backyard last August. And you know how I love birds with my two parrots! :) This needs to be made into a card! LOVE it! :)
