Diecut the new Single Deer Oval from matte Kraft cardstock - then surround it with sparkly, glittery bling! Hi, Jean Okimoto here, with a simple design for everyone on your Christmas list.
Diecut a Stitched Oval Background to add dimension and interest - and to elevate the deer ever so slightly.
Attach Scor-Tape behind silver glitter cardstock and cut two of the Piccolo Snowflakes.
Place one side of the Curled Ribbons die on the backside of red glittered craft foam to diecut a scarf that curls upwards towards the left. (This section would normally curl downwards, or to the right.) You'll be able to cut two different scarves from this portion of the die - save one for another card.
Attach the diecuts to a top-folded textured white card. Add silver gem stickers.
Special thanks to everyone from the PAPER PLEASE and NEW MEMORY BOX CHRISTMAS COLLECTION CARDS classes at Impress last weekend! It was a real family day - mother/son/girlfriend, mother-in-law/daughter-in-law, aunt/sisters/cousins - and my very loyal 'regulars' who are almost like sisters. I appreciate how so many of you flew in from California, drove or caught the ferry to get to Tukwila. Thank you all - and to Shari and Erin too, for helping everyone fill their shopping baskets with everything we needed.
If you're in the Seattle area - or can get here on Saturday August 19th - join us for the annual HOLIDAY KICKOFF at Impress. Special displays, a 10% discount, demos, samples, goodie bags to the first 25 at each store - and special holiday inspiration throughout the stores. Stop by and say hello - I'll be doing a Christmas card make+take at Tukwila that morning. Bring your Memory Box/Open Studio/Poppystamps wishlist and save 10% on everything you purchase at Impress this Saturday. See you!
