Hello, hello Memory Box friends. Penny here today with a pretty simple to recreate card for you. An embossed background, a stamped and die cut flower, a bit of ink and a sentiment.
The new Summer release called Sentimental Iris is a stamp and die set that you will use for years to come. Think Birthday, Easter, Sympathy...the list is endless.
Let's put this little pretty together:
As always...start with a White card base trimmed to 4.25 x 11 inches and folded in half.
Adhere a piece of Purple cardstock 4.25 x 5.50 inches to card base.
Cut White cardstock 4 x 5.50 inches and emboss with favorite folder. Ink along the left edge with Distress Oxide Wilted Violet.
Stamp and die cut Sentimental Iris. Color with markers or pencils as desired. In my example, I used Spectrum Noir markers. Die cut Lavender Bunch, color and adhere to card front with the Iris using foam adhesive.
Stamp sentiment in the bottom right corner using Wilted Violet ink.
This card is so simple to make but with all the "white space", makes such an impact.
