These little poseys were calling my name when they arrived from Memory Box. The dies come in two sizes which is perfect for creating a small cluster. I'm not sure if you can tell from this photo but the large pink bloom is made with patterned paper and vellum coiled together. The white bloom is all vellum.
I coiled the blooms with a pair of fine-tipped tweezers then secured with glue. They are designed to be rolled and sit on a flat platform--that's great for stability. Each blossom was dabbed on the edges with white glue then dipped into Vintage Glass glitter (called shards).
A little green ink was daubed onto the center of the leaves before being tucked behind the blooms.
Check out your local stamp or scrapbook store for these fun dies and start coiling!
Here are the supplies I used:
98270 Pinwheel Posie

Love the touch of bling on the rolled flowers!

WOW! This card is beautiful! I love cards with dimension but then you seem to have to save them for people that you will see and hand them over! This beautiful card would be difficult to mail. I love it though - thanks for sharing!
