Hello all. I hope everyone has been enjoying the Memory Box Design Team ideas for turning household objects into gifts. For me, I chose to turn a 2 pocket folder into a stationery holder. I have tons of cards to give as gifts, but I am always looking for ideas to package them. Perhaps the project will inspire you to "borrow" a couple of pocket folders from your kids' school supplies.
The photo above shows you the outside of the folder after I decorated it. Here are a couple of photos of the inside:
As you can see, there is a lot of room for both cards and envelopes. I ribbon holds the whole book closed. For specific instructions for making the stationery holder, I made a video:

Most fab and oh so handy since the lovely box I had in my mind for a collection of cards is still in my mind! This I know I can get done.
