I'm Here Working in the Background!

So, have you wondered where I have been?  I have thought about my reader's SO much but haven't had time to create. I have been working behind the scenes for Dave doing a few things, and then we have had wild stuff at home. My daughter is still sick, and one of our parrots has been really sick.  We are still waiting on blood results but right now it's giving her meds, lots of love, and feeding formula.  You can see her here eating her formula yesterday and LOVING it.


Afterwards she felt good enough to shred my daughter's catalog with her sister. That took that about 5 minutes and then she pretty much sat still the rest of the day. Poor baby!


Anyway, one of the fun "behind the scenes" things I have worked on is a new Memory Box blinkie! Dave did the amazing graphics, and I put it together to animate.  Fun, fun!  There is code there too for you to grab it and put on your blogs!  It's to the left in my side-bar (blue blinkie with the deer). :)  Also, we are trying to make the blogs easier to navigate. You will notice my navigation bar at the top, Dave has a navigation bar also, and a search feature added. We hope this helps you find what you are looking for on the Memory Box blogs!

Wow, Nothing Like Lightning!

Sorry I have not posted  yet this week. We had a lightning bolt hit right by the house Tuesday evening.  It took our our security system, internet (modem), hot water heater, and other things around the house.  I then had a "bad mammogram" and ended up downtown for more testing about 20 hours after the lightning strike!  Yesterday was spent with repairman here all morning.  AND my husband is in China.  Hmmm, funny how these things always happen when I am alone. LOL!  Anyway, hubby will be back this afternoon, my second set of testing came back great, and most things are repaired but not all!  So, after all of that, I am ready to craft!!!  :)  I will share some creations in the next day or so but wanted to let you know I didn't fall off the face of the earth this week. :)  Thanks for understanding and see you shortly!
 

Just a Quick Note!

Well, sorry I have been quiet the past week and a half or so.  Since my husband's illness in November, I have fallen so behind and it's hard for me to get "on top of my game" again.  And then silly me decides to move 3 rooms around in the house.  Dumb move!  I certainly didn't have time for that but I now have a really nice craft room and office.  I am still not done but it's at least workable now!  Anyway, please forgive me for my absence!

I wanted to let you know that I am still around, and tomorrow I will bring you a card using the new Frond papers.  I hope you have your hands on them already! So, get your stamps, ink, and papers ready! Tomorrow's creation may just be an easy one for you to CASE!  Have a blessed night, and see you tomorrow!
 

What Happened to November?

Well, happy December everyone!  You are probably wondering what happened to me in November.  Well, my husband has been quite sick and in the hospital.  He is home now and just yesterday went back to work for the first time.  He still has a few months before he will be back 100% but we are just praying each day is better than the last.  So, I am going to try and get back into the swing of things including sharing my Memory Box creations.  Yeah!  I hope you will stick around as I begin posting some creations in the days to come.  Thanks for stopping by, and I will see you soon!

Oh my goodness, I cannot tell you how excited I am to be working with Dave, Memory Box, and the rest of the team!  I am so thankful to be given this opportunity, and I can't wait to begin sharing my creations with you next week.
