A {Tinsel} Teaser

So, have you seen the new Memory Box Tinsel Collection?  Oh my, so many beautiful stamps and papers!  If you haven't seen them yet, be sure to look on the Memory Box website here.  From the new collection, I decided to play with the Ornament Cheer Block stamp {E1408} and share it with you today.  Here is what I created: 


Papers:  Memory Box Crimson nc, X-press It cs, Paper Trey Ink cs
Stamps:  Memory Box Ornament Cheer Block E1408
Stamp Ink:  Tim Holtz Distress Ink aged mahogany
Embellishments: Copics R000 & G40; Prismacolor pencils; Stickles holly, Christmas red & frosted lace; Spellbinders large labels; Glimmer Mist iridescent gold; misc. ribbon, Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder
  
I stamped the image on white cardstock and colored the ornaments with both Copic markers and Prismacolor pencils.  I also decided to use a Memory Box crimson notecard that I spritz with Glimmer Mist.  I started to use some patterned paper but then decided it detracted from my image too much.  I really liked the solid colors with this image.  I hope you enjoy this card and that you are excited to play with the new Tinsel Collection.
